Our masterclasses let you learn more about your favourite Gaucho dishes, wines and cocktails.

COCKTAIL MASTERCLASS

The cocktail masterclass, hosted by our head bartender, is an exciting, interactive group experience that incorporates three cocktails with a twist. You will take a journey through the surprising, colourful history of each drink whilst you make it, and learn why to muddle or shake versus stir. This fun and collective gathering is ideal for celebrating a special occasion or a team building exercise for your colleagues to leave their daily comfort zones.

The Cocktail masterclass is AED 220 per person subject to 10% DIFC authority fee.

BEEF MASTERCLASS

Our pampas-reared, Argentine beef is representative of our overall passion for the finest ingredients and the best methods. We love sharing our knowledge with our guests in the hope that everyone will become as enamoured with Argentine cuisine and culture as we are. Hosted by our Argentine Head Chef Juan Pablo Rey Nores, guests will be taken through each cut of beef in detail seeing how it is cut, grilled and offering you the opportunity to sample the different flavours in each.

The beef master class is AED 275 per person subject to 10% DIFC authority fee

The beef master class can also be combined with a Malbec tasting where our sommelier will match a selection of Malbecs  to each cut of beef and explain the history of each wine and why each one compliments the different cut so well. The beef master class with wine pairing is AED 660 per person subject to 10% DIFC authority fee.
